Matthew has just completed work on his eighth production music library album, for Focus Music Publishing. Focus are an established label with 25 years experience in the business. This was Matthew’s first album with them, “It takes great deal of trust to commission a composer to write pieces that are not mocked up and exist (prior to recording) only as dots on manuscript paper. It was wonderful to work with a music house that placed so much trust in a composer to do the job they are trained to do.”
Matthew goes on to say, ” We were amazingly lucky to be able to work with probably one of the best quartets in the world. The London Metropolitan Quartet is made up from leading London soloists and players from some of the worlds most eminent quartets. Combine that with recording in the legendary Abbey Road Studio Two with the wonderful Paul Golding engineering and the stage was set for an A List recording session.
